PROFIsafe Gateway

We enable safe communication between Safety Simplifier systems and Siemens PLCs through our PROFIsafe Gateway.

A Simplifier is connected to the Gateway via fieldbus and acts as a communication hub for up to 15 additional Simplifiers connected via wireless or CAN. Our system collects all safety signals and transmits them to the PLC.

You can configure signals either in TIA Portal or in Simplifier Manager, depending on how you want to build your system.

Software Gateway for Cross-PLC Communication

We simplify integration between control systems that do not share the same fieldbus protocols.

Our Software Gateway enables high-speed, reliable data transfer between PLCs using standard digital I/O. By converting data into a synchronous serial stream, we transmit signals over just two standard 24V wires: Data and Clock.
